Government Funded Hours
Up to 30 hours a week during term time_
Session Times
Half Day – 7:30am to 12:30pm or 1pm to 6pm
Full Day Sessions – 7:30am to 6pm
Funded Hours are deducted first from the session at zero cost.
We offer stretched funded hours, where the funded hours are stretched across 51 weeks of the year. This way your child receives all year round childcare.
When all available funded hours for the week have been used, the remaining hours for the part funded session are chargeable.
Half days – £10 per hour
Full Days – £7.43 per hour
Additional sessions would be at our private rates
For a part or fully funded sessions, meals have a set daily charge – £6

Additional hour to bolt on to an existing booked session (subject to availability)
Bolt on Hour – £17
Late collection charge – £1 per min rounded up to nearest 15mins
Late payment charge – £25 and then per month that it remains outstanding. Childs nursery place would also be suspended.
Session amendment admin charge – £25
Adhoc Private Sessions – if not a regular ongoing booked pattern, will incur a 10% surcharge on top of the private fees

Opening Times
We are open 07:30 am to 08:00 pm, Monday – Friday for 51 weeks of the year. Earlier starts or late finishes can be arranged separately.
We close for one week at Christmas, in addition to Bank Holidays. We close at 3 pm on Christmas Eve.
Discounts & Payments
Fees are payable in advance, on the 1st day of each calendar month.
Childcare vouchers and tax free childcare payments are accepted, please contact us in advance to discuss.
All weeks (51), apart from the week at Christmas are chargeable.
